Shipping Policy

All mailed gift certificate purchases are shipped via FedEx to ensure delivery. Gift certificate shipping charges are a standard rate. Boutique items will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx based on weight. Orders using FedEx delivery are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders using FedEx or UPS delivery placed after 1 p.m. on Friday through midnight on Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

NOTE: If you selected electronic delivery of Gift Certificates to be emailed to a recipient, Lake Austin Spa Resort cannot guarantee that the email will successfully transmit.
