Shipping Policy

For gift certificate purchases, we have included two additional shipping options (regular and priority mail) for your convenience. Gift certificate shipping charges are a standard rate. Purchases including a gift certificate and any other boutique item will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx based on weight. Orders using FedEx delivery are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders using FedEx or UPS delivery placed after 1 p.m. on Friday through midnight on Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. We can not guarantee the date of delivery when using the USPS options for gift certificates.

NOTE: If you selected electronic delivery of Gift Certificates to be emailed to a recipient, Lake Austin Spa Resort cannot guarantee that the email will successfully transmit. Recipient user-settings may prevent the Gift Certificate fulfillment email from transmitting successfully. For all Customer Service issues, please call (512) 372-7270.
