Gift certificates to the LakeHouse Spa at Lake Austin Spa Resort make a great gift for anyone that could use a day to relax and rejuvenate. Give someone a day to get away from it all by purchasing a gift certificate for a package or flat dollar amount.

To purchase gift certificates for overnight stays, call (512) 372-7360. To purchase day spa gift certificates by phone, call (512) 372-7345. Guests must be at least 14 years old, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Note: All mailed gift certificates are sent via FedEx. 

*Mail delivery orders placed after 12:00 noon CST Monday through Friday, will not be sent out until the following day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will not be sent out until the following Monday. Email delivery gift certificates will be sent immediately. 

**Gift certificates with multiple mailing addresses will need to be purchased on separate carts.

Tax not included

A Service Charge of 20% is included in all Day Spa Packages. A 20% Service Charge will be added to all a la carte personal services. Service Charge covers many aspects of your visit including gratuities for personal services.

*Lake Austin Spa Resort gift certificates are issued in compliance with the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009. Gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable and valid for one year from the purchase date for packages or five years for flat dollar amounts. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. The original certificate must be presented at the time of service. Lost or misplaced gift certificates cannot be redeemed. During the redemption period, the package spa treatments offered may vary and Lake Austin Spa Resort reserves the right to substitute different treatments when this gift certificate is redeemed. As spa appointments are very popular, appointments must be made in advance. On the day of your appointment, we ask that you arrive at the spa reception desk 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time or 30 minutes prior if you plan on enjoying use of the wet facilities. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services.

We require a 24-hour notice if you must change or cancel your spa reservation. If less than a 24-hour notice is given, 100% of the price of your gift certificate will be forfeited.
